What to include

Support / bug: what you were doing, which AI, and a screenshot if possible. You can export diagnostics from the extension's Settings to help us.
Billing question: your order ID or the email used at checkout. Sales are final once a plan starts, as described in our Refund Policy.
Privacy / data request: the account email you signed in with (see our Privacy Policy).
