Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the AI Audit browser extension and the website aiaudit.space (together, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What AI Audit does
AI Audit is a browser tool that helps you compare and merge answers from multiple AI services (such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude) that you access with your own accounts. AI Audit does not provide the AI models themselves and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Google or Anthropic.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must comply with the terms of each AI service you use through AI Audit.
- You are responsible for the questions you ask and how you use the answers.
- You will not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, or to violate others' rights.
- You will not attempt to break, resell, or reverse-engineer the paid features in a way that violates these Terms.
3. Intellectual property and restrictions
AI Audit, including its source code, design, prompt templates, automation logic and documentation, is the proprietary property of its creator and is protected by copyright and other laws. It is licensed to you for personal use through the official Chrome Web Store listing and this website only. It is not sold, and no ownership is transferred.
You may not, and may not help anyone else:
- copy, reproduce, or redistribute the extension or any part of it;
- modify, translate, or create derivative works from it;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or extract its source code, prompt templates, or automation techniques for reuse;
- publish, sell, sublicense, or make it (or any derivative) available to others; or
- use any part of it to build or operate a competing product or service.
Unauthorized copying or use may result in legal action, including takedown requests under the DMCA and equivalent laws.
4. Accounts and devices
Using AI Audit requires signing in with your account (email magic link or Google sign in). The extension is locked to the account you sign in with. Each account can be used on up to 2 devices at a time; signing in on a third device signs out the oldest device automatically. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
5. Plans, billing and subscriptions
- AI Audit offers one 5 day free trial per person (no card needed). Additional accounts that map to the same email inbox do not receive another trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
- Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (3, 6 or 12 months) through Dodo Payments, our payment provider and merchant of record.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Prices may vary by region and may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that term.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. AI output disclaimer
Answers come from third-party AI services and may be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. AI Audit helps you compare them but does not guarantee correctness. Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial or other professional decisions without independent verification.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service reliable, but AI websites change frequently and may break automated capture at times. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Audit and its creator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from AI output or from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and uninstall the extension at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in India.
