Refund Policy
This policy explains how payments and refunds work for AI Audit paid plans.
All sales are final. AI Audit includes a 5 day free trial with no card required, so you can fully try every feature before you decide to pay. Because of this, paid plans are non-refundable once purchased.
1. No refunds
- Payments for paid plans are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed.
- We provide a 5 day free trial (no card needed) precisely so you can evaluate AI Audit before paying. Please use the trial to make sure the plan is right for you.
- Prices are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm. Completing the purchase confirms that you accept this no-refund policy.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current or past periods.
3. Exceptions required by law
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you. Where such a right applies, or in the case of a clear duplicate or erroneous charge, contact us and we will work with our payment provider to resolve it fairly.
4. Payments and disputes
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment provider and merchant of record. Dodo is the seller of record and handles billing, tax, and any chargeback or dispute you raise with your bank or card issuer under its own policies.
